First Visit? Here's What 2 Expect
Suite Location
Upon arrival, you will notice an office building. Trew Love Massage Studio is located on the side of the building facing the highway. Upstairs, the 2nd door will be labeled 210. Come on in!
Once Inside
You will enter into the reception area and then be directed into the massage room. For 1.5 and 2-hour massages you will begin with a relaxing foot soak. While soaking you will have the option to request hot stones to be used and your desired aromatherapy. For 1 hour massages you will go straight into your massage.
Before and During Massage
You will have a short consultation with your therapist to determine your areas of concentration, desired pressure, and a massage plan tailored to your specific needs. Your therapist will then leave the room and you will get undressed to your comfort level and lie down on the massage table under the sheets. At no point during the massage will you be exposed. Then relax and enjoy the massage!

Therapeutic
Therapeutic massage is the manual manipulation of the body's soft tissue, and it's generally used for the reduction of stress and pain. It has been used in many world cultures for more than 4,000 years. Because many diseases are exacerbated by stress, therapeutic massage can help a person become healthier and more resistant to disease.
Relaxation
The relaxation response is the state of the heart and breathing rates going down. When the body begins to relax stress hormones decrease and muscles relax. During massage, the body releases different hormones that have a therapeutic effect on the body. Massage increases endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine which are the natural feel-good chemicals that the body produces.
